Paperstac Price Predictor (PPP)

Sanity-check pricing and assess bid competitiveness using historical Paperstac transaction data.

PPP uses historical Paperstac sale data and Paperstac AI to estimate a fair-value price range for loans being listed or evaluated — similar to how Zestimate works for residential real estate, but purpose-built for the secondary mortgage market. As bids come in and the auction end approaches, that range updates to reflect real-time market demand and competitive pressure.

Both buyers and sellers benefit. For sellers, PPP provides a data-informed starting point for pricing and a live signal as the auction progresses. For buyers, it offers a current reference range to evaluate whether a deal is priced competitively relative to comparable transactions and active bidding behavior on the platform.
